Katrina Julia: Hi, I'm Katrina. Julia. I am a creator and CEO of create it where we help creators and CEO S who crave creating community and cash create it like a boss.

How are you using ClickUp today? Any workflows that you've built that your super excited about?

Katrina Julia: I'm using click up today in various ways. I actually started using click up back in 2020. I love click ups dashboards that help me prioritize in every single way. The CRM is amazing in the ability to set up the boards and our workflows that integrate with our virtual assistants and then also different tasks across social media and deadlines and duplicating tasks. I love also using some of the workloads for the daily, weekly, monthly task that really help me know as a creator and as a CEO, what is coming up.

What platform did you switch from to ClickUp and why?

Katrina Julia: So I've used different project management tools for years, way back when I used Microsoft project. And right before I switched to click up, I had tested out Meister and Monday and I just love the visual components of click up the getting started guide and the dashboards and the ability to custom the colors to our branding colors of pink, blue and green too.

What is your favorite ClickUp feature? Why?

Katrina Julia: My favorite feature with click up is hands down the dashboard, the ability to prioritize purpose, strategy launches actions and just make sure that everything's flowing in the pipeline and that the decisions are following. Then the vision and then the aligned actions really helps to help me and help us create it faster.

What are your top ClickUp tips, hacks, or pieces of advice for others?

Katrina Julia: So my top click up tips and pieces of advice for others, whether you are just getting started or you have been on the platform. One is revisit the getting started guide and or if you're brand new, start with the getting started, guide it when you use that and when you walk through it, step by step with you and or your team, it helps eliminate so much confusion in every single way. And then two would be to set up your dashboard, set up the wedges that align to different aspects of your team of different things that you want to read, whether it's B to B sales, B to B to C launches, B to C launches, which can include of course online courses, ebooks, online masterminds, whatever that is for you and your business and get your team on board with that too so that they know what the priorities are, they know how the tool functions and they, they know what the priorities are, they know how the tool functions and that you adopt, click up as part of your culture to create it.
