Charles Frey: Hello, my name is Charles Fry and I'm the process manager at CUCA AM F.
How are you using ClickUp today? Any workflows that you've built that your super excited about?
Charles Frey: We use uh click up in many different ways. We have a main team that started off using click up and it's been adopted through the rest of the company, but it started in project management. And, you know, we've built some processes that go pretty much throughout the whole company um that affect a lot of our employees worldwide. And uh this is anywhere from our sales department to project management, to production. Um every which way at this time.
What platform did you switch from to ClickUp and why?
Charles Frey: So we started off using Excel, which uh predates me and my rebel at this company. Um And it obviously we outgrew that rapidly. Um Many years like every other company uh use Excel for many uses probably past the intended use. And when we found click up, we fell in love and it ever since then, it has made everything tremendously easier and faster.
What is your favorite ClickUp feature? Why?
Charles Frey: So I think out of everything that click up offers, which is enormous amount of features and options. I think ultimately my favorite would be automation. Um what it can do for a company can really streamline a lot of processes and reduce a lot of that manual labor that every company uh runs into. And it just, it makes our lives so much easier and it's practically endless what you can do with it. So um I would definitely have to say automation is for sure, has made our lives extremely better.
What are your top ClickUp tips, hacks, or pieces of advice for others?
Charles Frey: So one of my uh tips that I give to any new employee starting at a company that um will be in a position that will utilize click up. I always recommend the Click up University. Um It's something that doesn't get talked about enough. Um And it really allows the user to really understand the platform and understand what it's capable of and it just opens the doors to using it correctly. Um So if I can recommend anything to anyone is start with the Click Up University. It is probably the best learning experience I've ever had to uh go through. Um It is just so intuitive, it's so simple. They lay everything out in really good chunks. Um So if you only have 20 minutes, you can learn something in 20 minutes pretty quickly.
