Why did you love working with this Micah?
Pat Pearse: Um So working with Mica was amazing. I listed my house the end of last year, I was on the market for almost four months. I reduced price three times, four times, couldn't sell it. Um Took it off the market. Fired that realtor and I got a referral for Mica called her. She sold the house in for three days with a contingency for the for the seller to sell in, in, in her house in Virginia Beach. She couldn't sell her house in Virginia Beach in time for closing. So when closing rolled around, we stopped and put the mar house back on the market and Micah sold it in two days. So the house listed for seven days. She sold it twice. She's a beast.
