What made your experience great at Clearview Title ?
James Bauslaugh: As a real estate agent. Most of my closings with my clients are at Clearview Title. And it's usually a great experience when I do that. But just personally, I sold one of my properties and had the pleasure of closing that Clearview Title as well. And it was yet again, another great experience. And I would say what makes it a great experience is that the communication is so good. It's so seamless and there was no, nothing unexpected, no drama. It was just a great experience and I would uh contribute that to the excellent communication that they provide.
How would you describe Clearview Title and Settlements in three words?
James Bauslaugh: Wow. If I were to describe clearview, in three words, the first would be dependable, I just knew that they would get the job done and I never worried about it and so dependable would be the first thing that comes to my mind. Uh, the second thing would be friendly. Uh, my wife and I came and we had our boys with us and, uh, the folks there are just so friendly and that's another word that comes to my mind and then, um, going back to communication, uh, just their communication was excellent and that is something that's super important to me. So, the three words that come to mind for me are dependable, friendly and we'll say good communication.
What makes Clearview Title and Settlements different from other title companies?
James Bauslaugh: What makes clearview uh title different from other title companies is the three things that I know that they're set out to do. I know that they're set out to make their uh agents look good. And that is something that uh matters a lot to me um using software like this and others just to help uh get video testimonies uh from clients about their agents. It just, it means a lot and it's something that's very special. Um I know they also are set out to save time. And one of the things that takes a lot of time for me is to buy uh closing gifts for my clients. But thankfully, uh they have a gift shop right there. So if I'm running and I'm in a hurry and haven't yet gotten a gift yet. I know that I have uh several options right there at the title company that I could purchase from my clients. And I also know that they are set to grow um our business and that is something that they're helping me to do uh through these monthly seminars uh that they're doing uh where I am learning so, so much so those are the things that set apart clearview title from other title companies for me.
