Can you briefly introduce yourself and your role at ClearDesk?
AJ Narelle James Bautista: Hi, my name is AJ Bautista and I work as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant here at ClearDesk.
Could you share a few details about your favorite part of your role at ClearDesk?
AJ Narelle James Bautista: My favorite part of working at ClearDesk is that I was able to bring in my expertise. They do consider the things that I already know. And they also provided me with an avenue to be able to continue to grow as an individual and as a professional, there's a lot of areas for me to improve and is just there for me. They are there for me every step of the way, guiding me providing me with all the things that I need to be able to be a successful Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
What stands out to you about the culture at ClearDesk?
AJ Narelle James Bautista: One of the greatest things that I love here at ClearDesk is that I really feel that I am being supported. Every time I encounter some issues or some difficulties, I really have someone that I can reach out to for support. And our management team are just very caring and they really show that they care for us because they really check in on us. They really do take time to talk to us individually to make sure that everything that we need is being addressed to and that we are basically fully utilizing our skills, our resources to become successful as a professional.

AJ Narelle James Bautista: I would definitely recommend ClearDesk to my colleagues and to everyone out there. because not only that, there's enough support here, but there is also a lot of areas for us to grow here as a professional.
