Introduce yourself! Tell us a little bit about you and your business.
Rebekah Terry: My name is Becky and I am the co-owner of Senior helpers of Blackwood County in Pennsylvania. My husband and I own this business and um We've had it now for 12 years. We're growing, so we really needed a. Another scheduler and it's very hard to find. Then locally, it's a tough job, so we reached out to Claire desk, um, we saw that at our annual conference and um we've been very pleased.
Why did you hire ClearDesk?
Rebekah Terry: And so we hired Clear desk because we were looking for another staff member for our office. Um, they were at our annual conference, we had an amazing conversation with them. They seemed knowledgeable, and then we got back after conference, we met with the implementation team, they did a thorough. Um, checklist of kind of what we needed, what we were looking for. We had kind of like our team environment, what we look for in a team member, and they found us the perfect candidate. He is absolutely amazing. He's part of our team. Um, we talk to him every day. He does an amazing job. He actually teaches us things. We've just had a great experience.
How is it working and why do you LOVE it?
Rebekah Terry: We love it because our remote employee is truly a part of our team. He does an amazing job. He is always looking what else he can do, how can he improve? How can he do more for us? How can he help us? And it has really helped us be able to, he's a scheduler, so he's really filled a lot of our open shifts. He's a go-getter. It's just, that's why we love it. We love. Um, just that he's also just made himself part of a team, we, we do our, uh, Zoom meetings, um, with the whole staff, and, you know, he's met all of us, we get to meet him and talk with him. It's just been a great addition and we are so happy.
