Patrick Polvorosa: My name is Patrick Polvorosa I'm the operations lead for Mar-kov Computer Systems. Mar-Kov Computer Systems designs and develops software for badge manufacturers. It helps them with many of their processes.
Why did you hire ClearDesk?
Patrick Polvorosa: We worked with ClearDesk because we wanted to find a quick and reliable way to find an operations and accounting specialist. ClearDesk was very clear with what their rates are and what their expectations would be for the new person and how they will be finding, their recruits.
How is it working and why do you LOVE it?
Patrick Polvorosa: It is working well so far. The recruits have been easy to train relatively, and the ClearDesk team has been very supportive with providing resources, coaching and mentoring to the staff members, as well as teaching us and coaching us on how best to make sure to utilize the teams full strength and capabilities.
