Introduce yourself! Tell us a little bit about you and your business.

Kim Ruic: Hi, my name is Kim Ruic and I am the operations manager for Comfort Keepers Home Care in Thousand Oaks. I wanted to take just a brief moment to speak out on behalf of Viannca and the staff at ClearDesk. We have hired a few remote workers from the Philippines and it is currently working out very well for us. currently working out very well for us. We did have a little hiccup in the very beginning. but Viannca and also Patricia were extremely diligent in resolving my issues. And I am very happy to report that moving forward we do have two staff members that we are currently working with, who do our scheduling and our on call services for us after hours. They are both extremely diligent hard working kind employees, very reliable. The whole experience has been a really good one for us. This was something completely brand new to me. Nothing I had ever done before. There was a tiny bit of a learning curve for me, but ClearDesk Viannca and Patricia were there to help me every step of the way. I appreciate them and, I hope that you take a chance If you're considering using ClearDesk in the future.

Why did you hire ClearDesk?

Kim Ruic: We had a struggle with hiring staff to do our services on call after hours and we were having our own personal in-house staff cover the on call after working a full eight hour day and then working, the remainder of the day until the next morning. So basically a 24-hour period, and it is difficult to get a lot of people. We're 24/7 business to cover the hours. That was our original, reason for reaching out to ClearDesk. but then, we also added on additional scheduling staff during the day and that was the reason that we hired ClearDesk.

How is it working and why do you LOVE it?

Kim Ruic: It has been a great relief to my staff to have additional staff members on board and additional help with the after hours on call service. and the response team with ClearDesk Bianca and Patricia have been wonderful to work with. Those are the reasons I love it. Thank you.
