Please introduce yourself and tell us why you chose Clarion Umbrella
Amir Mahmoud: Hi. I'm Amir. I'm an an agency, nurse that has been doing this job for the last couple of years. And I've been using Clarion Umbrella Services, and I couldn't be happier than this using them. It has been great having them during this year as they always solve any issues I had with my PAYE or umbrella services. Things that I didn't have with the old umbrella companies before. They have always been there supporting me and fixing any issues I had with HMRC. And I am very happy and pleased for Steve's help.

Amir Mahmoud: So a time when, Clarion Umbrella helped me. It was when I had the issue with, HMRC with my tax code. and Steve was there helping me and he support me and went through everything with me to clarify and make sure I was getting paid the right way. And I couldn't wish for a more helpful umbrella company.

Why is Clarion Umbrella different from other similar umbrella services?
Amir Mahmoud: Clarion Umbrella is different from other umbrella companies because, uh, when you need them, they're there. I had issues with previous umbrella companies that, have made mistakes with my payments, and they weren't helpful at all to try to find, the problem and fix it. I think that, Clarion Umbrella are there always for anything you need. And from my personal experience, they were there when problems happened. They were always supportive and looking for me to find the best way and the the most effective way to get paid.
