Tell us why it was important for you to work with a Christian agent.
Wendy Sue Gearhart: It was important for me to work with a Christian agent because I'm a Christian and I'm a believer, and I think it's important to support each other in our ministries, whatever that ministry may be, and for a realtor, I believe that being an agent is their ministry, and I'm hoping that they could be blessed as well as being with somebody that I could trust to do the right thing.
Was it a different experience working with a believer vs other agents you've worked with in the past?
Wendy Sue Gearhart: It was a completely different experience working with a believer as opposed to other agents because the first thing we did was pray together, pray together on whether it was going to be the right decision working with these agents, as well as praying for the sale of our house, praying that the right person would buy it, and when things were complicated. Not giving up, you know, believing that God was God's timing was perfect.
