Tyler Lomnicki & Sunni Lomnicki: Hi, my name is Tyler Lomnicki and I'm Sunni Lomnicki and we're chiropractors at Minster Chiropractic Center in Minster, Ohio. We've been in practice for 13 years now, and we chose the switch to ChiroUp EHR because we had always used the ChiroUp Essentials platform. We did that for a few years. Our patients loved the clinical content. It always jibed with how we try to keep with evidence-based care in our clinic. We were always impressed with the quality of the content and the overall philosophy, so transitioning to the EHR felt like a really easy switch for us and a natural fit.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Tyler Lomnicki & Sunni Lomnicki: I'd say the biggest win we've seen since switching to the ChiroUp EHR has been just having a system that better matches how we actually practice in our office between patient communication and rehab tools, documentation, everything integrated together in one space has been a much better, smoother experience for both the providers, our patients, our staff. I also say the onboarding and the transition team made what was a very daunting process, very easy for us, and we were really set up to succeed day one when we started the new software. I agree. I handle more of the billing side of things and I felt like this has been a really seamless transition. A lot of the things in the platform just makes sense, and were much easier than the processes we had been using in our old system and I think one of the biggest things like he said is the, the customer service we love the responsiveness and just where it feels like you have an issue and they're actually addressing it. Just super supportive all around.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Tyler Lomnicki & Sunni Lomnicki: So if you're on the fence about switching to ChiroUp's EHR, I think what I would say is just go for it. We were on the fence for probably a good year where we went back and forth. We already loved the Essentials platform, and had used that for several years, and we would do a couple of demos with ChiroUp but we couldn't quite pull the trigger and now being on the other side of it, I wish we would just would have done it sooner. Everything about the process, so much easier than I could have expected honestly and we're just really happy with where we're at now. Yeah, I think, on the front end, a super daunting task to switch everything over, but the support staff and the onboarding staff have been incredible, countless emails and meetings whenever we needed. I think we're just kind of banging our heads against the wall, wondering why we didn't make the switch a year beforehand. Yeah, very happy and go ahead and just jump in.
