What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Rowdy Teaff: I feel like this is a bit of a loaded question because The biggest win with ChiroUp is really hard to pick out. And I hate to sound overly salesy or gimmicky with that, but I genuinely mean that. The, AI Voice to Chart has made an already efficient Soap Wizard even more efficient. And now those details that you would fight to add into your note to make them stand out, whether you're doing a personal injury case or you're making an appeal to an insurance company, it's direct from the patient with a recording.
Rowdy Teaff: It takes no time. They're even more detailed now.
Rowdy Teaff: The online scheduler is now taken up about a third of our total schedules, per week now. And now, so that means we're spending less time on the phones. The insurance billing module is easy and intuitive and if you can make insurance billing less horrible, then that really speaks to, uh, the product that ChiroUp has created. So, biggest wins are really hard to calculate, but that, the amount of time that we are not spending on paperwork has shown in our patient outcomes, and because of that we are getting more referrals from within the clinic to where we've significantly reduced the amount of marketing because we do not have the time to do marketing anymore because of how effective ChiroUp has been for us.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Rowdy Teaff: I've actually had the opportunity to talk to a couple of chiropractors who were on the fence about switching to ChiroUp and the first thing I ask is, you know, what are you looking for? And if you're looking to spend less time on your chart notes, make compliant, compliant charting easier, and make your staff happier by streamlining their systems, then look no further.
Rowdy Teaff: The longer you wait, the more chart notes that you're going to accumulate, the more patient charts that you're going to accumulate, which leads to more administrative tasks over time. So if you're on the fence and the thing that's holding you back is you know, I don't want to, I don't want to transfer those charts over. You're gonna have to do it at some point anyway. And so you might as well do it now and make the switch and buy back more of that time than you could ever imagine by having simple chart notes that are compliant and easy to use and an intuitive software that everybody on your staff is going to love.
