Paul Rhodes : Hi, my name is Doctor Paul Rhodes, and I'm a chiropractor at Rhodes to Health Chiropractic here in Effingham, Illinois and I've been practicing as a chiropractor for about 26 years now. I chose Chiro Up for the simplicity and then the fact that it was made for chiropractors, made by chiropractors. The second thing that I liked is the response from Sierra and Mary in my transition and, they're very helpful, very responsive. My old system, I could never get anybody to answer the phone. And Sierra and Mary have been absolutely excellent as far as helping me get those questions answered. So, I'm very pleased with the support. And I would say it's probably saved me, about 2 or 3 hours a week on my paperwork with the AI helping me with my notes and generating my notes that at the end of the day, I am done and I'm ready to go home and and go spend time with the family.

What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?

Paul Rhodes : So, what's my biggest win since switching to Chiro Up is probably the time savings. It's easy to switch from screen to screen. It's easy when I do my statements. I'm a solo practitioner, so when I'm putting up my information, generating my statements to go out to patients at the end of each month. So I think the biggest thing is time savings, which is great because I can go home at the end of the day very quickly.

What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?

Paul Rhodes : So what would I say to a chiropractor who's on the fence about switching? I would say Chiro Up is probably of the three that I've used in the past 25 years, Chiro Up is the best. They are the best at the response time, the best at customer service, in all aspects of it, whether it's just training on different modules, or if it's something particular. And like I said, very responsive, easy to work with, easy to talk to, and get the answers that you need, so you can get back and do the work that you need to do in the office and not have to worry about the behind the scenes thing. So the EHR that you purchase needs to help you do better in your clinic, whether it's patients or billing or, or marketing, whatever it happens to be, and that, just knocks it out of the park.
