Kyle Egner: Uh, my name is Kyle Egner. I own my own chiropractic practice at Marshall County Hospital in Benton, Kentucky. The reason I chose Chiro Up was because, we had another EHR company that was bought out by Chiro Touch, And every time there was any problems or bugs, they would want me to buy a support package and finally I'd had enough and I called Chiro Up. I'd already had their Essentials program, so I knew that they had top-notch services. I knew that I couldn't go back to Chiro Touch that the Chiro Up program was so much better.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Kyle Egner: I'd have to say the biggest win with Chiro Up is the Voice to Chart. Before Voice to Chart, I would see patients and at lunch break or after work, I'd have to scramble to get all my notes wrote, but with Voice to Chart, I can just speak naturally to the patient, the Voice to Chart gathers all the information, even all the small details I'd usually forget to put in the chart and it has made my notes so much quicker, more accurate, and more complete.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Kyle Egner: If you're thinking about Chiro Up, as your new EHR, I'd say just make the switch. You won't regret it. The support alone is worth it. They are very quick to respond, whether it's online or in person, and I definitely recommend going to their office, meeting their staff. Everybody there is fantastic, very helpful.
