Kristi Black: Hi, my name is Doctor Kristi Black. I'm a chiropractor at Black Sphere Chiropractic. I've been practicing for the last 6 months in my own clinic. I chose to go with Chiro Up because it makes my life a whole lot easier. Finishing up my notes takes no time at all. I feel like I'm able to get home to my family sooner, get through my patients easier, as well as just being able to finish my notes right after my patients and not having to go back and think about 40 patients prior and trying to finish my notes. So all around I've had a really great experience with them.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Kristi Black: I think the biggest win for me with Chiro Up is the intake forms for new patients. They're so smooth and so clean cut. I think that having a patient come into your office with you already knowing exactly what's going on is a huge win for us practitioners because it makes the patients feel good about where they're at. It makes them feel like. This doctor cares. They know exactly what's going on. They're not going to ask me the same questions 5 different times. All the information is there, all of their red flags, past medical history, everything. So I really love the intake. I love that it, it just auto generates into the note. It is my favorite thing about ChiroUp thus far.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Kristi Black: What I would say to a chiropractor who's on the fence about switching over to Chiro Up is that you will not regret it. Having the extra time to get other things done is such a, a game changer, especially with owning your own business. There are so many other pieces that come together with running an entire business that has nothing to do with chiropractic. Having Chiro Up saves me so much time to be able to fully run my smooth clinic and feel like I still have a life outside of work. Genuinely, I don't think I could choose a better EHR system. I've worked with a few different ones and Chiro Up is definitely my favorite.
