Drew Pfaff: Hi, my name is Doctor Drew Pfaff and I am a chiropractor at Marty Chiropractic. I've been practicing for a little over 6 years now, and I chose to switch to Chiro Up EHR because of two main reasons. Number 1, being a solo doc here, I needed all the features that allowed me to run everything really smoothly, and number 2 is that I was told if they didn't have the features, they would eventually kind of roll them out and be very innovative with adding things in. So, those are kind of the two reasons I went with Chiro Up.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Drew Pfaff: The biggest win, that I've seen at my practice since switching over to the Chiro EHR is just billing, you bill out to insurance. I, I'm an insurance and cash-based chiropractor, but insurance billing, it's crazy how quickly I get claims sent back to me. I believe that's all just because of Chiro Up's system.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Drew Pfaff: What I would say to any chiropractor who's on the fence about switching to Chiro Up? I would say, you won't be disappointed, and if, if there's maybe a specific feature that you're looking for that isn't within Chiro Up's system at this point in time, it will show up down the road if you ask, because they are very quick to change, and listen to all the providers' feedback.
