Charles Hecht: Hi, my name is Doctor Charles Hecht. I'm a chiropractor in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I've been practicing for about 27 years, and recently I decided to switch to the ChiroUp EHR. I was looking for something different, as our current EHR wasn't serving our needs, and a colleague of mine in Chapel Hill referred us to ChiroUp EHR. It was a fantastic recommendation, and I'm very pleased with our results so far.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Charles Hecht: I would say the biggest win I've seen in my practice since switching to the ChiroUp EHR Is that I've been able to reclaim my nights and weekends with the previous EHR. I found myself struggling to finish notes on nights or even early the next morning or on the weekends. With Chiro Up EHR, I've been able to finish my notes even before going home. It's been a nice change to have my nights and weekends free again.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Charles Hecht: For doctors on the fence about switching to Chiro Up I can offer a little bit more about my experience. During our onboarding process, Chiro Up's EHR team was fantastic at answering questions and even anticipating problems that we may run into. Between live calls, we were also able to access live help on the website as well as training videos. Another key feature that I found very positive is they, they recorded all of our live sessions, so we were able to review those. So questions that we had that we, um, were unsure about, we could review with our team in between our live video calls. Matt also was a fantastic Chiro Up coach. I can say, from the bottom of my heart and my team's heart, he really was probably one of the biggest driving forces behind our success. I can say after 3 weeks, we are fully integrated and are very happy with our decision that we've switched to Chiro Up.
