Brandin Bull: Hello, my name is Brandin Bull. I'm a chiropractor at Bull Chiropractic. I've been practicing for about 3 years now. I was an associate in the beginning, however, I opened up my own practice roughly a year ago, and I chose to go with Chiro Up as my EHR because it just made sense. It is made by chiropractors, for chiropractors. It just streamlines SOAP notes. It's very easy. The videos, not only of the orthopedic exams, but the videos of exercises you can send your patients just makes patient education much easier, much more effective, and just streamlines everything. So yeah, it's very simple, cuts notes probably, I don't even know because it's just, it just makes it so much more streamlined and so much more efficient and so much quicker. It's been amazing.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Brandin Bull: So since deciding to use Chiro Up as my EHR, I've had many wins. One, well, I really appreciate the patient education, so at the end of the first visit, I can email my patients a description of their diagnosis. So it kind of explains what we found and then some exercises they can do, some recommendations so that they can recover a little bit quicker and to help their, you know, help them in between their adjustments. And I also like how they can streamline your insurance submittals. So for example, I use TriZetto which integrates nicely, and so I, with the click of a button, I can upload my insurance claims instead of having to fill out the CMS 1500 form over and over and over and start from scratch every time. It's just one click of a button. So that's really amazing. And then I also really enjoy the streamlined SOAP notes. So they're always constantly improving things. They listen to us and our feedback, and they make modifications to make them easier and easier, more quicker, more efficient, and streamlined. And so, yeah, it's just been, amazing, and I have zero complaints. I'm very happy I chose them.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Brandin Bull: If you're a chiropractor and you are on the fence of switching to Chiro Up, I would highly recommend it because one, again, patient education is key. It has lots of tools, not only for flyers, pamphlets, all these things, but you can send people videos on exercises they can do. You can send them emails regarding their diagnosis and what's kind of explaining things that you found during your exam. You can take notes, extremely quick, extremely efficient, and it's just amazing. So yeah.
