Speaker: Errol Silva, Level Up Spine Care and Rehab
Errol Silva: It just seems to make everything more easy, the documentation is quick, everything flows well, patients really buy into the care now.
Errol Silva: Hi, my name's Errol Silva and I'm a chiropractor at Level of Spine Care and Rehab. I've been practicing for 12 years and I chose to switch to ChiroUp EHR because it seemed very seamless when I looked into it. As providers, you want to have the quickest thing you can as far as notes go, and it seems like it's just a few quick clicks and it gives you a good note. Also, I love the fact that it had the research and the evidence when you send out the condition reports. I think that has really helped me so far to bridge the gap for patients to get them to do their home exercises and understand what's going on with their care.
What’s the biggest “win” you’ve seen in your practice since switching to ChiroUp EHR?
Errol Silva: The biggest one I've seen since switching to ChiroUp basically, like I alluded to earlier, I think it bridges care better, with getting patients to be more compliant with care in general, as well as getting them to do their home exercises because they have the evidence, to back it up, and also the report is just like I said, it's, it's a really good tool.
What would you say to a chiropractor who’s on the fence about switching to ChiroUp’s EHR?
Errol Silva: For a chiropractor on the fence about switching the Chiro Up I would tell them, go for it. I did and I haven't regretted it. It just seems to make everything more easy, the documentation is quick, everything flows well, patients really buy into the care now.
