Austin Jones: So what would I say to a chiropractor who's on the fence about switching to ChiroUp's EHR? I would say, do it. The support staff is great. The customer service is some of the best in the industry. Their onboarding is really thorough, and one of the great things is, is when you do go live that they're there with you, and they're on standby basically to help you with any issues that you might have and get those resolved in a timely manner so it really doesn't affect your business. And so that support doesn't stop after you go live like with some other EHRs that I've experienced. That support stays the same, if not increases as you go live and you're able to have confidence that if something happens they'll get back to you or be there for you within a matter of minutes.
