Hi, everyone. It's my hope that everyone had a wonderful summer and was able to enjoy some time away. I want to thank everybody for filling out their DEIB survey last spring. With over 70% of our organization engaging we feel like this information is credible and useful in helping us determine a baseline so that we can set goals into the future. Attached you're going find our DEIB report, reporting on the survey results that then helped us shape some goals moving into the future. One example of that is deeper dive trainings for our leadership group both at the director level and the executive team level.
