Why did you Choose Charter Impact for back-office services?

Roxanna Villasenor: doing our taking my or doing my due diligence, I, researched three different companies and also considered the idea of replacing our existing or anticipated retiring CBO with another. but in light of the fact that we had a complete turnover and back office staff, we had a depletion of all our superintendent, or CBO, our fiscal analyst compliance like it was a massive exodus, so having the ability to know what was required training people without the historical knowledge, we thought that having an organization that would provide back office support would be a better solution. And so we compared ourselves to through to between Charter Impact and two others and line by line we look through the the comparison and cost the additional fees associated with the platforms, additional fees with different activities that are out of sorts that may require some, journaling or check writing for emergency cases, and Charter Impact, Worked with us through those questions and through that analysis and beat our competitors

How was your onboarding experince?

Roxanna Villasenor: don't know that Charter Impact knew what they were getting themselves into when they came to be a part of our team we challenged. Everyone, to look through nuances and we felt like an organization that if it's possible to have some sort of nuanced or unexpected situation we delivered and Charter Impact received and worked with us

What have you appreciated most about this partnership?

Roxanna Villasenor: one of the things that we were very appreciative of because we were so new and I was, new to the charter world as an administrator. I needed to know specifically what roles and responsibilities per department and category were necessary for us to be good clients and for us to know what it is that you needed for us to keep the flow of information, the timelines, and so, there was a project that was led and facilitated by Maylynn and she identified for each category whether it was the payroll or data compliance or attendance reporting, Exact line by line um roles and responsibilities that Charter Impact executed and what we as an organization and clients to Charter Impact needed to do and execute and it helped us form some sort of organizational structure on the back end that ensured that we were meeting timelines that we were good clients um and interacting with one another in a positive way so that's proven to be. effective
