Why did you choose to go with Charter Impact?
Richard Thomas: Well, I felt the charter was more personal, you know, that felt like. they took a little bit more time to, help us with our, budgets or with our, different financing models and, with our payroll and our, all the different components, and being a former CPA and business person myself, I really uh felt that having that personal touch was better.
What advice would you give to a school leader looking into using Charter Impact?
Richard Thomas: I think that that they take the time to get to know your organization. To work closely with your office manager and with your, your operations data systems person when it comes to like CALPADS stuff and attendance things, stuff like that. they have a great, just a really great community feel of their, of their staff. So I feel that. you really just get that personalization when you come to Charter Impact.
