Why did you choose Charter Impact as your back-office provider?
Maria Pimineta: What brought us to Charter Impact is we needed a back office that knew the complexities of servicing schools, and finance and human resources and a group and a team that would allow us to focus on student success while they handled all the complex back office necessities that needed to be handled.

They are always ahead of the state laws as well as federal laws. they are ahead of any type of advances in payroll system. they are experts in maximizing revenue that allows us to just again focus on our students and our schools being successful while they are the experts in all of the things that, that we are not. How does working with Charter Impact make your job easier?
Maria Pimineta: What I really like about Charter Impact is that they are very advanced. they're always changing the trends to streamline things and make us work smarter not harder. something as simple as the payroll system Inova that we transferred over to this year. it's a lot more streamlined. employees now have access to their accrued sick time, to their pay stub on their phone with a password. If they are locked out, it's something as simple as them getting unlocked, versus before. When they had to reach out to us for something such as a W-2, something as, you know, a pay stuff from last year, everything is at their fingertips and as you know right now, time is time and efficiency is really important and for our employees to be satisfied with something such as simple as this, allows us again to have time to focus on other things such as student success or whatever's going on at our school sites.
