Kristin Dillard Sodoma: Working with Charlie was amazing. Uh, Charlie does a great job of seeking to understand and helping you clear out all the clouds so that you can get to what is the actual issue that we're trying to solve.

How has EOS changed your business or organization?

Kristin Dillard Sodoma: When we launched EOS, we found immediate clarity, and the best part about it was we were able to pull our teams together and help them see what, what are we doing all this hard work for, what's our 1 year plan, our 3 year plan, our 10 year plan, and it allowed our team members to rally behind us to help us reach those goals.

What has your experience working with Charley been like?

Kristin Dillard Sodoma: Working with Charlie was amazing. Uh, Charlie does a great job of seeking to understand and helping you clear out all the clouds so that you can get to what is the actual issue that we're trying to solve.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about implementing EOS?

Kristin Dillard Sodoma: The advice that I would give to anybody interested in implementing EOS is to do it now, um, but I would also say work with your implementer to get really clear on who needs to be on your leadership team and who needs who needs to be in the room as you're setting these plans for the future and as you're working through your scorecards and developing your core values. You don't want your room to be too big, but you also want it to be large enough to get a full 360 understanding of where's the company, where's the company going, and what do we want to accomplish together.
