Tolu: In my career today, I've learned that being patient, being a good listener, being a great communicator, being able to analyze issues, break problems down into smaller pieces and kind of find the root cause of where things are happening before you kind of deliver or respond to certain issue really helped in my career today, I know when you work, you meet different people from different diversities and ethnicity, you people work in several ways or in different ways that you don't really work. I need to understand where they're coming from and the way they do their things and that way you're able to deliver and help them in different ways.
