Matt McCue: The team I want to recognize is business development.
They deserve ______ award because....(share a brief story or example why they should be honored.)
Matt McCue: They deserve a game changer award because they embody the very definition, a team making a big impact in a relatively short amount of time. I insert relatively because the expectation that they would achieve what they have in only a year plus is astounding. Initially, a one woman band, Jillian Whitefield started the team in June of 2022. Her fast start out of the gate validated the proof of concept and she started building up a team in January of 2023 adding Jake Mc Grigsby, Emily Scott and Chase Williams over the course of the year, the impact that they've had on our culture is incalculable, but the hard returns are not the opportunities they source contributed to 12 net new logos with a few more in the pipeline for Q four. They also targeted stale relationships with customers that haven't done anything for us in quite some time and contributed to new sales in 2022 our base commercial sales were $78.9 million in 23. They were $90.6 million. And through June of 2024 they're forecast to be around 100 and $8 million. Given an incredible Q three. I expect that number is even higher. That's a 37% increase in just two years.
