Lisa R.Cole: Hi. The person that I would like to recognize is Angela De Pas for consultant of the year.

Lisa R.Cole: Angela is deserving of the consultant of the year award because she's not only a subject matter expert but a true strategic thinker who approaches every project with a creative problem solving mindset. She exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding consultant, including exceptional leadership expertise and adaptability. As a clinician and a go to expert, she consistently delivers innovative solutions to complex challenges. Her strong relationships within Cicor and HC A along with her deep knowledge of MEDITECH Magic and expanse have made her a trusted resource. Her leadership in these areas are both inspiring and ef effective as she not only provides expert guidance, but she also fosters a collaborative atmosphere where all stakeholders feel supported and valued.

Lisa R.Cole: What everyone can learn from. Angela is supporting our colleagues and clients through collaboration, communication and innovation is at the center of our work. She is consistently a team player, lending her in training with others in several different areas. She references the hit by the bus theory, meaning she wants to share her knowledge with others so the work can continue if someone is no longer able to contribute, she understands it is the work that every individual is doing collectively, that overall contributes to our S court mission.

Lisa R.Cole: Clients and colleagues have shared more kudos and complimenting words for Angela than I have time to share in this video. There are three common things though that consistently stand out about Angela from peers and clients. She's dedicated and available. Angela is always willing to help often taking time out of her already busy day to assist others, whether that be training them on advanced programming to help deliver robust reports or assisting our pharmacy counterparts with programming to meet regulatory requirements. She's dedicated, loyal, consistently putting her clients and co co colleagues first. Um She's welcoming and supportive. She makes time for others and makes them feel welcomed and valued, creating that family like atmosphere that everyone enjoys. She's easy to work with kind and supportive, making her a great asset to her team and she's a great communicator and teacher. She often is praised for her ability to communicate effectively in teaching others what she knows. She ensures that her colleagues understands the work that she's doing and shares her expertise generously. I am grateful for Anna Angela's expertise and her contributions to all of the various work streams we have here at Seror. Her contributions have had a lasting impact on our organization and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this recognition than Angela. So thank you Angela for your unwavering support and expertise. Your work truly does make a difference.
