Lisa R.Cole: Tara is deserving of this award because he consistently demonstrates a strong focus on customer and patient care. Demonstrating the commitment every day through his collaborative nature. Um he's empathetic and he goes above and beyond to make a memorable and impactful difference for both clients and colleagues. He understands how the work that he does truly impacts those at the front line in caring for the patients that they serve.

Lisa R.Cole: What everyone can learn from Jara is to strive to see the links between the work that we do here at CICOR and how it supports our clients and the patients that they serve. Jara's blog and video contributions. When he's comparing his powerlifting competitions to MEDITECH Golis, showcase his creativity and the ability to provide valuable insights into the incredible work that that Sarah Corin can provide to our customers.

Lisa R.Cole: There have been many gracious words shared about Daraja from his colleagues and clients. One that stood out from one of our clients stated his proactive approach, his attention to detail and collaborative spirit had not only ensured a smooth transition and optimization but also helped foster a positive and productive work environment. Um His expertise has been instrumental in the successful implementation of MEDITECH in their ED for the providers. He helped create some just in time videos for new providers or those that may just be there moonlighting for a night. Um He has the ability to navigate through the complexities of MEDITECH systems uh and seamlessly integrated into their ED. Um Those were some of the things that were shared as well as his presentation this year at muse to a standing room. Only audience highlights his ability to offer critical insights and connections with our participants.
