Kerry Stucka: The team I want to recognize is the clinical E hr implementation delivery team for the HC A acquisitions they've continued throughout this entire year, being extremely flexible and adaptable to what has been an ever changing pipeline of projects. Um They've been incredible when it comes to needing to pivot um f refocusing.
They deserve ______ award because....(share a brief story or example why they should be honored.)
Kerry Stucka: This team deserves a collaboration team award because their support extends way beyond just the acquisition space for HC A. Um This team also does implementations for new construction. Um participates in financial testing in las validation for the HC A expand side. They also provide operational support, advisory services and take on special projects as required and as needed. Um Throughout this year, they've consistently demonstrated just an outstanding level of collaboration and commitment working with teams. Um for example, HC expanse, the lab service line ITG field operations and Seror automation. Just to name a few of those teams. They even jumped in this year when one blood was hit with a ransomware attack and provided critical validation documentation that helped um minimize downtime for that particular issue in Florida.
What everybody can learn from this colleague or team is...
Kerry Stucka: What everyone can learn from this team. Um is that having the ability to multitask and pivot quickly while remaining flexible is a tremendous asset. Um This team knows that serving on this team means you operate as a team and they execute just that um their leadership and collaborative approach have set really high standards um for what can be achieved through commitment and unity. And to me, they exemplify the art of implementation delivery. We haven't had one project be just like the next. Um and they flex pivot and execute every single time.

Kerry Stucka: Clients and colleagues have shared that they are confident with this team in place that the implementation outcomes will be good regardless of the roadblocks that might come along the way. Um And that they're grateful for the team and the support they provide consistently every single time, uh they're engaged with a project.
