Speaker: Jillian Breeden, Sr Transition/ Knowledge Advisor, CereCore
Jillian Breeden: Hello. My name is Jillian Breeden. I work on the CereCore Level 1 support team, serving as Senior Transition Knowledge Advisor. My journey here began about 12 years ago, starting out with HCA's ITG Department. being a support analyst in the supply chain department. After only just a couple of years in that role, I was invited to join the emerging team with three other ITG members that would essentially launch, what we now know as CereCore client support service desk, the Level 1 team. Throughout the years of growth and expansion within our team, I have been grateful to pioneer standing up our own organizations knowledge based on the ServiceNow just an effort to have a centralized repository to house our ever evolving essential information for all teams and references. An additional part of my role with support transition duty. So, I have been able to make on site visits. This is pre-Covid and now post- Covid we've still been able to make that work. But meeting our clients face to face being involved on the onboarding process for new business. It's really been helpful in my career development to understand the business better. This has been exceptionally exciting part of my career because it's allowed me to be more personal, the people with the customer and set the groundwork for building a better stronger relationship that we're looking to achieve as far as rewarding moments in my career I would say that as simple as may sound, carrying customers excitement of a resolution that's achieve for their issue, their concern, their problem at hand. I feel like that's the most rewarding thing for me. I understand that we have no idea what's going on in these caller's lives, what's going on behind the scenes. So, just not understanding that we have possibly made their day just a little bit better, a little bit lighter, a little bit of a burden or a headache lessened for them. That's what matters. So, that's probably to me the most rewarding thing. But, I will say that we as an organization I feel the culture is very strong, it's a very rewarding, it's very giving back to everyone, your colleagues involved. So, we are the link though. We are the link because of our commitment to delivering the quality and excellence to our customers, to the patients, to the providers, to the caregivers, to the health care workforce as a whole. It's something that I feel like it's really infused in us individually. So, dedicated, passionate, that's what makes you, that's what makes us, and that's what makes CereCore the link.
