JANETTE MAMEDOVA: My name is Jannette Mamedova and I am a senior Epic lab analyst.
How have you grown in your career since working at CereCore?
JANETTE MAMEDOVA: I've been with CereCore for two years and because I have such a strong team behind me, they've mentored me and I've really been able to take on lots of cool and complex projects. Also, I've joined the aspiring managers program, which has been amazing. I've learned a lot about myself, how to work as a team, and also about others as well.
Describe a rewarding moment in your career at CereCore.
JANETTE MAMEDOVA: A rewarding moment in my career, probably seems small, but I met somebody at Connection that I had no idea who they were. And they told me that they really liked one of my process improvement ideas and I was shocked because I had no idea that it had made such an impact or that people were even talking about it.
JANETTE MAMEDOVA: We are the link to life saving care because we build the tools that safeguard our patients and create time for our providers to spend with patients face to face.
