Jaclyn Morgan: Hi, my name is Jaclyn Morgan, I am a Sr. Support Analyst with the AMS support group.
How have you grown in your career since working at CereCore?
Jaclyn Morgan: I have been here for almost 10 years. I started on the tier two McKesson support team. Four years ago, I moved to the AMS support team. So now, we do patch and reboots for MEDITECH sites. We do regulatory loads, APC loads, HCPCS, CPTs, DRGs, all kinds of regulatory loads.
Describe a rewarding moment in your career at CereCore.
Jaclyn Morgan: Okay, my whole career here has been rewarding to me 10 years, great bosses, great co- workers, more like a family environment, than it is any other really work environment. Like we all work well together, we all support each other, we all help each other out, and it's just - it's just a family.
Jaclyn Morgan: We are the link to life saving care because we coordinate down times to minimize the impact to patient care and to keep hospital systems up to date.
