How have you grown in your career since working at CereCore?
Dante Schuckman: Over the past five years I've grown from associated our help desk just starting out with their first real job in I.T. Not really sure what I was wanting to do long term. And since then I've grown through the help of others to a client lead, providing a bridge between our teams largest client Ardent Health and our team as a whole, serving as a subject matter expert, a point of contact for Ardent's leadership, and someone that both sides can rely on to get the job done.
Describe a rewarding moment in your career at CereCore.
Dante Schuckman: For me, the most rewarding thing about my time with CereCore is the chance. I've had to work with my team and grow with them. Since I've started, we've quadrupled in size from team of 20 people to over 80, bringing on new clients and new opportunities. with each one of them, seeing our team grow and show our worth. Makes me look back with pride on my time here.
Dante Schuckman: We are the link to life saving care, because for us, it's not just about fixing an issue, it's about helping the customer and by extension, their patients, and that subtle difference can mean everything.
