Hi, this is Bob Janet. I would like to recommend Matt Barnes for a consultant of the year. Matt's strive and tenacity to ensure that our customers are up and running, helps our teams and other teams within Seror to be successful. He leads by example and demonstrates to his peers and junior engineers how we should support our customers, his skills and knowledge, help him to be successful. But moreover, it's his sense of duty and his due diligence to seeing things to the end and it makes him a great engineer, whether it's going the extra mile for our customers or automating processes that saves our team hours of work. Matt never quits. Not only is he of great help to our customers. He also does a lot to help other Seror teams and our team by helping train in train our more engineer, junior engineers. I asked Cody Roli of the A MS team to help me with some examples and words to help support Matt's nomination. And this is what she had to say whenever there is a tough situation to figure out what is going on and why something won't work. I hope that Matt will jump in and offer to help. He continually goes above and beyond to make sure we get resolution to issues we have. So she goes on to describe a particular situation that Matt is helping with. Matt continues to work on trying to figure out how to fix it even though everyone else seems to think that there is nothing left that can be done. She also adds that it's just proof that Matt never gives up on an issue for our clients. She also adds that he is also one of the first ones to be available whenever I need help with the site. And he doesn't hesitate to jump on a call with the client and walk them through what needs to be done. Our clients are better off because of Matt. So is our support for our clients. The A MS team would be really be lost without him at times. Um That's, that's a great compliment coming from um someone that we work with on a daily basis and she gets to see what he contributes to the team, to the organization and her team uh from one of his peers. Uh Kevin Duke. I also asked him for some help and he, he gave me this. He said Matt is always available to help regardless regardless of his load level. He also, he's also always available to consult with as a peer professionally and on a personal level, he's always first to volunteer with anything A MS needs that's goes to support what Cody had said. Um Matt brings a lot to the table. He not only just his skills when it comes to the technical side, but his soft skills when it comes to how he manages uh working relationships with our customers, as well as our uh other teams that we work with on a daily basis. What others can learn from him is, you know, to continue to strive to improve things and not give up. Just keep working till we figure out what's going on and get to the end. That is my nomination for consulting of the year. Thank you very much.
