Speaker: Courtney Campbell, Workforce Manager

Please introduce yourself and tell us about your role in the company.

Courtney Campbell: Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm one of the workforce managers at CereCore International. I joined in October 2023 and I sit within the HR People and Culture team. I manage a team of around 36 including project managers, work stream leads and analysts. I support them with policy adherence, performance management, guidance and well being, among other tasks. I do come from an NHS background with management experience. However, this is my first time within the IT sector, so it has been a challenge, but it's been very rewarding so far.

What I enjoy most about working at CereCore International is…

Courtney Campbell: I've received incredible support from day one of starting with the company. Even though we're remote, there's not anyone that you can't get in touch with. It's an open door policy. Everybody is very dedicated, passionate and supportive. I also like the alignment of the company mission with life saving patient care.

How would you describe your experience with the company culture so far?

Courtney Campbell: My experience with the culture has been very welcoming. I would say it's professional but warm, passionate and inclusive.

A fun fact you would like to share with others...

Courtney Campbell: Clearly not that fun, but I really enjoy cooking. And what I do with my children is something called takeaways. So on a weekend, we will imitate a Chinese takeaway. So we make our own egg fried rice noodles. Or we will do a Thai, an Indian. So it's a really fun way of incorporating cooking into the weekend, but feeling like you're getting a takeaway.

Finish this sentence: I am a link to life-saving care because…

Courtney Campbell: I'm a link to life saving care as I support and manage a team that's directly connected to patient care.
