Ashley Miller: Bob deserves the community Link award because of his personal experience with tragedy. For those of you that may not know, Bob lost his granddaughter in October 2017 to a seatbelt related car accident. Since then, he has utilized his position within the Kayley Mills Foundation to bring seatbelt awareness to everyone around him. He has spoken in schools and even to Cicor at a connections gathering. His dedication to this cause is admirable. He and his family have turned tragedy into inspiration to all who are touched by this foundation.
