Anne Case: My name is Anne Case and I am a senior IT technical recruiter and I focus in on our clinical recruitment, especially on MEDITECH.
How have you grown in your career since working at CereCore?
Anne Case: I've been spending a lot of my time this year, really working on the skill of relationship building. Again, I'm particularly working with the MEDITECH individuals to find out more about them, find out more about their career goals and hoping that I have an opportunity that would fit that. There are times obviously, that I have a job but the candidate isn't available or I have a candidate and I don't have the job at that time. So I do a lot of work with being proactive in my communication and hopes that we could work together for the next opportunity.
Describe a rewarding moment in your career at CereCore.
Anne Case: I've had a lot of really rewarding experiences here at CereCore. Of course, one being a recruiter, I do get to offer job opportunities to individuals. And of course, that is the best part of the job. I love it when they literally scream in my ear because they're so excited that they got the offer. And I also really appreciate because occasionally individuals will say not only does this help because I now have this job, but how much it also helps their family, Perhaps they were laid off or, or not working at that time or maybe there was an increase in their pay from their current job. So, that's always been really, really rewarding. And that's probably the best part about recruitment.
Anne Case: I am the link to life-saving care because I'm able to see firsthand how people's lives are improved via IT supporting quality patient care.
