Anne Case: Hello, my name is Anne Case and I'm a Senior Technical Recruiter.
How have you grown in your career since working at CereCore?
Anne Case: I've grown a lot in my career here at CereCore. I started as a contract to hire recruiter and I was able to convert from the contract to a full time employee after six months. I think it's helped me a lot in my recruitment because I know that as a desirable option for many people, and I've been able to work in both of the types of employee structures that we have.
Describe a rewarding moment in your career at CereCore.
Anne Case: One rewarding moment just happened actually this weekend. Over the holidays, I received a nice email from a person that I hired, thanking me for the job opportunity that they have, but also mentioning how it's helped them personally, as well as help them and their whole family. That was really rewarding to know that one of my hires was able to not only achieved what they wanted, but are now able to afford opportunities for their family as well.
