Hi, my name is Matt o'dell. I'm the integrations manager for the Cecco Epic Services Team. And I'd like to nominate the Epic Bridges team for the connection 2025 collaboration award.

The bridges. Teams stand out to me as amazing collaborators for a few reasons. At first, they work together as a team constantly. There's a real culture of knowledge sharing, team ownership, service and dedication in our meetings and discussions. I've never seen a genuine question, rebuffed a request for assistance, go unanswered or a finger pointed elsewhere as a reason for failure, they win together because they work together. Second, their commitment to supporting applications and the teams that own them is unparalleled. The bridges team is always there to chase down a broken interface message with an HC, a team member in the middle of the night answer questions from a third party vendor who has hit a dead end or take a deep dive with the other Epic app teams when a new enterprise tool is announced and we find out it's designed to work with a different EMR system. They just get to work, step up to help and figure out how to make it a success. And lastly, the bridges team genuinely cares, they really wanna help others, they want things to work, right? They care about the quality of their work and they go out of their way to make sure that things are done, even though that often means extra work for them.

The bridges team knows we win as a team. When someone is struggling, they step up to help, we celebrate together and we recognize each other's hard work.
