What's the biggest reason that the #firstgen identity matters to you?
Alejandra Campoverdi: The first-gen identity matters to me because it's such an inextricable part of what makes us who we are: the resilience, the grit, the multi-dimensionality. All of those things should be celebrated.

Alejandra Campoverdi: We should celebrate first-gen because it takes a lot of courage to be the first. It's important to know we have a community and we're not alone.
