Miami-Dade County Resident: We are one of 52 homes that are constantly losing our electricity. I cons—when we do lose our electricity. I call the Florida uh commission up in Tallahassee and they've immediately reported to FP&L and Coral Gables. The representative from FP&L will usually call me and ask me to please not report it to FP&L (meant PSC) and that she will report it to the board. I think it's too much, too much. They said not to report it to Tallahassee, but to report it directly to her and she will take care of it and usually they do send a crew out and trim the trees, so we do get results.
