Luis Fernando Atencio: Hi, my name is Luis Fernando Atencio I live in Miami, Florida. And through FPL I was forced to pay a, a two month deposit on top of my monthly electric bill. This is really disheartening because I couldn't even spread it out or anything of the sort. Yes, I was backed up on payments, but I feel that the way FPL handled it was basically, hey, you have to pay me three months electricity bill that's already gone up more than 13%. Or else you get disconnected. So, uh, yeah, that was a very tough month for me. Thank you FPL for making it hard.
What do you want to say to the utility corporations and Florida’s politicians who are responsible?
Luis Fernando Atencio: To utilities, companies and politicians responsible for this. I would honestly like to say that you need to listen to more everyday people and have ways that you can have these testimonials brought to you directly. So you can have an idea of how to make the service better and how to make payment structures better as well. It's not only about profits guys. Thank you.
