Jonathan Suarez: Hi, my name is Jonathan Suarez. I live in Miami in the Coral Gables area. Zip code 33145. And over the past year or so, we've seen an increase in our electricity bill of over 20% and you know, already struggling with high rent. This has come to a situation where my family and I are struggling to make ends meet sometimes and we're living paycheck to paycheck because that extra increase has really made us tighten our budget and um we want the people in charge to know that we're noticing it. We're feeling it.
What do you want to say to the utility corporations and Florida’s politicians who are responsible?
Jonathan Suarez: I think we want them to know that we're, we are feeling the impacts of their choices and we're gonna show up to the polls and this is gonna be a central issue when we make our decisions. I know this isn't just for me, but it's for my neighbors, my family, the people in our community.
