Why did you seek medical care this past year?
Adam: I found out about the practice because my mother used to go to MSP P and she always spoke about the high quality care that she received. And that's why I ended up going back.
Why did you select a provider from Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches?
Adam: Without going into too much detail. The challenges I had were more heart related and it was something that was super important. Uh And I was able to call and make an appointment the same day.
Why is your doctor's practice different from other medical practices you have been to? What stood out to you?
Adam: First off, the staff is immaculate. They greet me as soon as I walk through the door with a smile, the wait time is short. And when I'm in the exam room, I'm greeted by medical assistants and scribes who support me. Even before the doctor gets into the room, I truly feel cared for.
Please tell use more about any positive impact you have experienced from your most recent visit.
Adam: My heart has been an issue for a while. And coming out of this most recent visit, the doctor came up with some great ideas including imaging and pharmaceuticals that support me in my journey. I'm starting that treatment now and I hope for the best.
