Meet Abraham Williams, who just joined the CMB Program at Capital Federal Credit Union.
Abraham Williams : My name is Abraham Williams. I'm a real estate broker also, I'm a team leader of a high performance real estate team. I'm super excited to be a part of the CMB program through Capital Federal Credit Union. It's for the first time ever, you're gonna be able to offer a loan product from your clients, just not here locally, but in all 50 states. And the best part, you're able to get paid off of it as a real estate professional that has not been done, it has never been done before, it hasn't been seen before. And um I think we're at a uh at the beginning of a new frontier and at the beginning of change, we know change is happening. It's already happened within our real estate community as far as us as professionals being devalued. And I think that uh buyers and sellers are asking us now and you have, you're gonna have to express more than ever what's your value? And I think by servicing your clients from end to end is gonna be an amazing way or at least one way for you to create value and get paid off of it. So I wanna thank the leadership for putting this program together, even having a foresight and taking the opportunity and, and just putting everything together for us so that we can better service our clients as real estate professionals. Why did you decide to become a Concierge Mortgage Banker with Capital Federal Credit Union?
Abraham Williams : I decided to be a concierge mortgage banker with capital Federal credit union because I want to offer service to my clients. I didn't want to be their one time real estate professional, but their lifetime real estate professional. A lot of times I would get the business and I would have to refer it out if they were moving to ca uh from California to Tennessee to Texas and they're moving to Arizona, to Boise. I would refer that business out. Now, I can retain that business. I can get paid off that business and also I can add service to my client. So in the end, which I love. And another important thing is I can reinvest back into my business, right? For lead generation opportunities. I think it's an amazing opportunity and I'm super excited.
How important is it today for real estate agents to add more value to their client relationship with mortgage banking?
Abraham Williams : I think adding value in the season of change is gonna be one of the most important things that you're gonna have to have in your tool bill in this climate, right? We're being devalued as real estate professionals. And um I think you're gonna have to outer the real the next real estate professional. You're gonna have to add value. You're gonna have to offer A to Z service. You're, you're gonna have to just do more, right? And I think one of by this, by having this particular program, I know by having this particular program with the CMB program, you're going to be able to add that service or have that competitive advantage where you can service the client from end to end. I think it's super huge in this market in this climate of change.
As a Concierge Mortgage Banker, will you also help your past client refinance their loans and obtain consumer loans?
Abraham Williams : I'm super excited about uh being a concierge mortgage banker and just a full suite of tools that we have under the credit union, the refinances and all the other tools that the credit union is going to be able to offer. And, and you know, credit unions have the reputation of having the lowest rates and really being consumer friendly. So I'm super excited about that opportunity. And uh again that we're able to add value to our clients.
What are the top three reasons why all real estate agents should become Concierge Mortgage Bankers?
Abraham Williams : I want to give you three top reasons why I believe real estate professionals need to be a part of the CNB program. Number one, you're gonna be able to add value and service to your clients. Number two, you're gonna be able to get paid from it. I mean, that's the blinding obvious. And number three, you're gonna be able to reinvest back into yourself to help scale your business to generate leads and all you have to do after that is rinse and repeat.
