Why did you become a Concierge Mortgage Banker with Capital Federal Credit Union?
Lizbeth Hale: I decided to become a concierge mortgage banker with Capital Credit Union because I wanted to make it a one stop shop for my clients. Give them the best customer service that they deserve. Um Sometimes it's kind of hard to refer them to companies and you don't even know how they treat them or if they actually can execute for me knowing that my clients are being taken care of by myself. And I know where it starts from the beginning and until the end and if there's any issues that come up, I know and I know how to take care of it. I've been doing this for 30 years and it's just the best way that I can serve my clients, my community and enjoy the process. Lizbeth Hale: It is highly essential to have a one stop shop for your clients in helping them invest in the real estate portfolio for their retirement. Having that is having the concierge service for them, serving them just the way you know how to do it and not having to have your clients exposed to multiple personalities or having another such as the lender, the other lender. Um sometimes they don't return calls, sometimes they don't have the quality of service that you do or that we do for our clients. So it is very important to be able to have that serve them in the, selling them home and doing the financing refinancing and so on.

Lizbeth Hale: As a concierge mortgage banker, not only are you able to do the loans for your buyers, but you're also able to reach out to your past clients, your family members yourself and be able to do the refinance and take advantage of the capital, federal credit union consumer loans. It's essential.
