What do you like most about Cambridge Home School Online?
Shaida Rahim: Hi, I'm Zimal Rahim's mum. my name's Shada and I want to give a little testimonial for the Cambridge Online School. Zimal joined in September 2021 at the height of COVID. she was going through a local school but the school closed down. so we took the decision to put, Zimal into an online school. I was a little apprehensive. I won't lie. We live in a different country with a four hour time difference um to the UK. however, I cannot thank you enough. Cambridge Online School, has helped my daughter develop into a, a grade, a student. She's grown lots of confidence and she has teachers that she greatly respects. the team at Cambridge Home School Online are really, really down to earth. Every time I've had a query they've been really, really good in helping support me and talk me through, my queries and the extra curricular club is amazing. Why did you decide to educate your child online and why did you choose Cambridge Home School Online?
Shaida Rahim: Me again. Hi. Yeah. So why did I choose to, why did I choose Cambridge Online School for Zimal? the reason why I chose Cambridge online School was I'd done my research of schools online. There were lots of different options, in the UK at the time. Surprisingly. but what I really liked about Cambridge Home School Online was the, the background of the education of the teachers. they came from sort of Masters Ph.D backgrounds and I love that. and I thought actually it's worth investing in that level of education where my daughter can have access, to similar academics that I'd love for her to aspire to. I'm from Cambridge in the UK. originally and would love for one day for my daughter to go to Cambridge University. So that was my reason.
Has learning at Cambridge Home School Online changed your child? If so how?
Shaida Rahim: Hi. Um, Cambridge Home School Online has made my daughter Zimal much more confident. she's more interested in what's going on in the world. she has a brilliant capability of being able to research online, technical capabilities are brilliant. she's able to find things, online, or she ask all the right questions she loves reading now, about things that she doesn't know. and she wants to know more about. so, yeah, I, so far brilliant, couldn't be happier.
As you have been at the school for a while now what advice would you like to give to parents about attending Cambridge Home School Online?
Shaida Rahim: I would advise parents considering online school to take it seriously. It's a really good school. It's online but there is actually quite a lot of social activity and the teaching style there empowers Children to be comfortable in their own skin and also to ask questions in their learning. So I'm really satisfied. payment terms are yearly which again are really good.
Finally, would you recommend Cambridge Home School Online and if so why?
Shaida Rahim: Hi. I would definitely recommend Cambridge Home School Online for the following reasons. Great teachers. My child's comfortable, lots of social activity, a great learning approach and it seems really approachable.
