What can participants expect from this training? Please describe the learning objectives and what the training experience will be like.

Diana Tikasz, MSW, RSW: Hi, my name is Diana Tikasz, and I'm here to tell you about a framework for fostering workplace wellness in trauma exposed environments, called Pause, Reset, Nourish. PRN as it's known in its short form is designed to be used throughout the flow of our work and can be implemented in a few moments. PRN is also informed by neuroscience which means that we engage in many micro practices throughout the day to help reset our nervous system. Participants who engage in this session will meet the following learning objectives. First of all, they'll be able to describe the PRN framework, its three components, and how it is utilized within the flow of work. Secondly, participants will be able to name five or more micro strategies and be able, that will be able to recalibrate themselves and their teams, and be able to incorporate those within their own specific work environment. And thirdly, it will transform participants' understanding of self-care as it applies to fast-paced trauma exposed environments. I look forward to meeting you during this session and given that PRN works best as an embodied practice, there'll be numerous opportunities for you to practice these strategies within the session itself. I'm also looking forward to questions because that only deepens our learning. So thank you and hope to see you soon.
