Talitha Agan: I think a huge success that I've had with these trainings is just being able to actually save time. The amount of work that Jessica (Mattly) and CalTrin has done in getting the different resources available to be used, so you don't have to spend all day going out and looking at the various Center for Social Policy and Butterfly (Trainings that Transform) and all these different, Alliance (CTF), and looking at the resources, it's all done for you with great links and really it's very easy to follow along. And it is helping tremendously just knowing that once a month, I can hone in on a protective factor. I will have the links. They are helping me improve my toolkit a lot.
